ACT deliver workplace safety training differently: we are all about the employer, we come to your workplace to deliver training, if that suits your business needs, we have highly experienced quality trainers and we tailor training for your staff. Should you require, Accredited Civil Training facilities at Milperra give students access to modern, ‘real work’ facilities for practical demonstrations and training. The facilities can be configured to host up to 12 participants dependent on the course being delivered, OR up to 20 participants for lectures or ‘toolbox talks”.

USI Information
Creating a Unique Student Identifier (USI) will only take a few minutes and it is free. You only need to create a USI once and it will stay with you for life. After you create your USI, you then need to give it to each training organisation you train with when you enrol.
From 1st January 2015, all students must have a USI in order to receive a certificate. If you do not provide us with your USI, we cannot issue you with a certificate or a statement of attainment.

Training

The Accredited Civil Training facilities at Milperra are easily configured to host groups of up to 12 participants, dependent on the course being delivered, OR up to 20 participants for lectures or "toolbox talks".
Accredited Civil Training is equipped and responsive to client needs. We offer training at client premises for group bookings.

complaint?
A complaint is generally negative feedback about services or people which has not been resolved locally.

Refunds
Accredited Civil Training is entitled to charge fees for services provided to learners undertaking training and assessment that leads to a nationally recognised outcome. Learners may be entitled to a refund under certain circumstances.

Credit Transfer
Accredited Civil Training acknowledges the requirement as a Registered Training Organisation to recognise the awards issued by other RTOs.
Accredited Civil Training may only issue Credit Transfer for units of competency or qualifications specific to its scope of registration.
